A Life Care Plan is a comprehensive dynamic document that addresses the medical and non-medical disability-related needs as a consequence of a catastrophic event. The Life Care Plan projects the costs of needed items and services over the person’s anticipated life.  These costs also include replacement schedules and frequency of treatments.  This Life Care Plan is specific to the individual and not generalized to a particular disability.

A Legal Nurse Consultant can review cases to determine if there is merit to the case before a lawsuit is brought.  A legal nurse consultant can also identify deviations and/or adherences to standards of care that relate to a case.  A Legal Nurse Consultant offers cost-effective expertise for reviewing medical records and understanding the terminology and subtleties of the health care system.
